Since 1949, our nonprofit has empowered low-income, underrepresented boys from across California through wilderness leadership experiences rooted in responsibility, resilience, and brotherhood. Campers hike over 50 miles in the Sierra Nevada backcountry, learn to work as a team, and return home transformed—more confident, focused, and ready to lead. Many of our staff and board members were once campers themselves. They know what it means to grow up facing real challenges—and they’re living proof that with the right tools and mentorship, anything is possible.
