Planning an overnight visit to camp.

Alumni, board members, and camp families sometimes ask about visiting camp overnight outside of the regular summer session. Here's how that works.

How an overnight visit works

Because camp is a residential program for minors, every overnight visit is arranged directly with our office rather than through an online form. This lets us confirm dates, coordinate with any staff or campers on site, and walk you through the required health, safety, and background-check paperwork in person or by phone rather than collecting that information over the open web.

Why we don't collect this online: An overnight visit involves the same kind of sensitive information as our staff hiring process: identifying details, health and dietary information, and a background-check authorization. We handle all of that directly with our office so it's collected securely, not through a general contact form.

To request a visit

Call or email the office with your preferred dates, who's coming, and the reason for your visit (alumni reunion, board business, a scheduled work party, etc.). We'll follow up to confirm availability and send the required forms directly.
