Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Pylescamp.org. Separate terms may apply when you use third-party registration, donation, email, or other services linked from this website.
1. About these terms
By using Pylescamp.org, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors, Pyles systems, or Pyles operations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.
2. Website information
We work to keep program descriptions, schedules, eligibility information, staff information, and other website content accurate and current. Camp dates, program details, eligibility, transportation, activities, staffing, and availability may change. Website content is general information and does not guarantee admission, selection, participation, employment, or any specific program outcome.
3. Camper selection and registration
Public information on Pylescamp.org is not a camper application or guarantee of selection. Selected families may be directed to CampInTouch or another approved system to complete registration and required forms. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should complete forms that request personal or sensitive information about a minor.
4. Third-party services
Some actions take place on services that Pyles does not operate directly, including camper registration, donations, email subscriptions, and other linked services. Those providers may have separate terms, privacy policies, payment rules, accessibility practices, and security controls. Your use of those services is also subject to the provider's terms.
5. Donations and tax information
Donations are processed through Pyles' approved giving providers. R.M. Pyles Boys Camp is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 95-1810837. The deductibility of a contribution depends on applicable law and the donor's circumstances.
If a donor receives goods or services in connection with a contribution, the tax-deductible amount may be reduced by the fair market value of those goods or services. Donors should retain donation receipts and written acknowledgments. Federal tax rules generally require a written acknowledgment to substantiate charitable contributions of $250 or more and additional disclosure for certain quid pro quo contributions over $75.
Nothing on this website is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified adviser regarding your circumstances.
6. Intellectual property

You may view and share links to public pages for personal, educational, or informational purposes. Do not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit site content without permission or another lawful basis.
7. Photos, stories, and participant content
Public stories and images may include program participants, alumni, staff, supporters, or community members. Do not download, republish, identify, profile, or use images of minors for commercial, harmful, exploitative, or unrelated purposes.
8. Prohibited use
